We went in to purchase guitar strings and The young guy managing the store used profanity in front of my 14yr old son after he was being rude to my teenage son then threatened to arrest us next time we was rude I said learn how to speak to customers and he made a very rude gesture saying they don’t let any touch the Martin they had this guy needs to have respect for customers and especially younger audience

I had my guitar set up here. They did a great job. So far. I have met Chase and Mike and Ian a great group of folks.

I purchased a Stingray Bass online and the neck exploded during delivery, took it in and payed only $75 for repairs, they glued it together, fixed the frets and provided me a warranty to come back if it settles wrong which I used.Everyone here is extremely friendly and are passionate about what they do, there is not a time yet that I have come in without chatting with someone and learning something new.The goods are eclectic and interesting, the environment is relaxed and welcoming and the prices feel fair and as they should be.I highly recommend that any musician come in at least once to look around and talk with the employees, and that anyone who needs a guitar repaired supports this fine local business.

Brought my Martin Guitar in for the Roadie Package and new strings. Guitar was cleaned, bridge tweeked a little, and guitar is unbelievable afterwards. About an hour of work. Definitely would recommend.
